ABOUT OUR COFFEE

WHERE ARE THE COFFEE BEANS SOURCED?

We roast high-quality coffee beans from around the world. Before we begin our roasting process, all of our beans go through a strict testing and evaluation process. This includes making sure the farms are environmentally and socially responsible.

HOW FRESH IS YOUR COFFEE?

We ensure our coffee is at its peak of freshness when it reaches you, roasting it and dispatching it often on the same day, and always within a few days of roasting.

HOW SHOULD I STORE THE COFFEE AND HOW LONG WILL IT LAST?

Coffee remains safe to consume indefinitely, but it can lose its fresh flavor over time if it comes into contact with oxygen. To enjoy the best taste, we suggest using it within a month of opening.

DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE PRICING?

Certainly, we offer wholesale options. If you're a café owner or interested in providing our coffee for your team, we're eager to connect with you. For more details, please complete the contact form. We look forward to hearing from you.

HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?

I PLACED AN ORDER, AND NOW I WANT TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO MONITOR MY ORDER. HOW DO I DO THAT?

If you already placed an order and would like to create an account to view your orders, edit shipping information and addresses to that account please send an email to info@firerescuecoffee.com and give us the order number or the email that was used to place the order. We will then send you an email with an account invite link.

I CAN’T LOG INTO MY ACCOUNT BUT I KNOW I SET ONE UP, CAN YOU RESET MY PASSWORD?

When you go to sign in select “forgot your password,” you will then be directed to reset your password. If you’d like you can also email info@firerescuecoffee.com and we can send you an email with a link to reset your password.

WHERE CAN I BUY FIRE DEPT. COFFEE?

Fire Rescue Coffee can be purchased directly on our website.

I MESSED UP MY ORDER AND ORDERED THE WRONG THING. HOW CAN I FIX THAT?

If you realized that you had mistakenly ordered the wrong item before the item is shipped, you can email us at info@firerescuecoffee.com, and we can correct it for you.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and one-time purchases.

Subscriptions can be purchased with Visa, MasterCard, American Express.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

At Fire Rescue Coffee, we are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every order. That's why we provide a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all our coffee. If you're not happy with the quality of your purchase, please reach out to us at info@firerescuecoffee.com, and we'll ensure your concern is addressed, rectified, or appropriately resolved. I ACCIDENTALLY ORDERED THE WHOLE BEAN WHEN I MEANT TO ORDER GROUND. HOW DO I GO ABOUT EXCHANGING THIS FOR THE RIGHT COFFEE?

We are happy to arrange an exchange for your coffee. To be eligible for an exchange, the coffee must be unopened and in its original sealed condition. Please send the unopened coffee back to us, and don't forget to include the packing slip in the package. Upon receiving the coffee, we will promptly exchange it for the correct grind and send it back to you. Please note that the cost of returning the coffee to us will be your responsibility.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIPPING?

$15 Flat fee. Free shipping for all orders over $150. For International shipping prices please contact info@firerescuecoffee.com, price based on your location and order size.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders are typically packed for shipment within 48 hours from when the order is placed. This timeline may be affected by holiday volume in the months of November and December.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

After we ship your order, you’ll receive an email and text message. Shipping times can vary depending on the carrier. Shipping times for orders are approximately 5 to 8 business days. National holidays and weather may affect shipping times.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

All orders will ship via Auspost, or Fedex. The carrier will depend on your location and the weight of the package.

DOES FIRE RESCUE COFFEE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we do. For International shipping fees Please contact info@firerescuecoffee.com of your location and the weight of the package. Additional fees may be added to international orders according to local government.

MY PACKAGE SHOWS DELIVERED, BUT I DON’T HAVE IT, WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?

Sometimes Auspost will mark shipments as "delivered," and it will show up 1-2 business days later. If your order still has not arrived after two business days after the date that it is shown as delivered, please email info@firerescuecoffee.com.

MY PACKAGE ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHAT DO I DO?

We are sorry that you received your package damaged. We ask that you please take a photo of the item that is damaged, and the packaging it arrived in an email toinfo@firerescuecoffee.com. Once we receive those photos and the email, we will rectify the situation to the best of our ability.

I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM IN MY ORDER. WHAT DO I DO?

We are incredibly sorry that you received the wrong item. We ask that you, please take a photo of the item you received as well as the packing slip that you received an email toinfo@firerescuecoffee.com. Once we receive those photos, we will take the next steps to fix the problem.

SUBSCRIPTION

IS IT POSSIBLE TO HAVE A COFFEE SUBSCRIPTION WITHOUT HAVING AN ACCOUNT?

Yes, it is. If you would like to create an account after you have a subscription, you can sign up for an account by making sure you use the same email address that you used when you signed up for the subscription. You can create a new account here.

HOW CAN I MANAGE MY COFFEE SUBSCRIPTION?

Go to the account login page here. Once you are logged in, you'll see a link for "Manage Subscription." Click on that link, and it will redirect you to the manage subscription portal.

CAN I CHANGE THE FREQUENCY OF MY COFFEE SUBSCRIPTION?

You can change how frequently you receive coffee by going to our website and signing in here. After you enter your email and password that is associated with your subscription, you will see a link for “Manage Subscription.” Click on that link, and it will redirect you to the manage subscription portal. Under the title, “Frequency” is where you can edit how often you receive your coffee.

I NEED TO UPDATE THE ADDRESS/NAME/EMAIL ON MY SUBSCRIPTION. HOW DO I DO THAT?

Sign in to your account here. When it takes you to your account page, you'll see a link for "Manage Subscription." Click on that link, and it will redirect you to the manage subscription portal. Under the title “Manage,” you will see the word manage with an arrow. Click on that arrow, and it will bring a drop down menu that gives you the ability to update your address. If you click on “update address” it will take you to where you can update your name, shipping address, and billing address. If you need to change the email that is associated with your account, you will need to email us atinfo@firerescuecoffee.com to update that.

HOW CAN I ORDER WHOLESALE FOR MY BUSINESS/FIRE STATION?

NUTRITION

IS YOUR COFFEE KETO-FRIENDLY?

Yes- we do not add any sugars or artificial sweeteners to the coffee. The only flavourings we add are natural flavourings.

IS YOUR COFFEE VEGAN?

We do not have Vegan Certification but our coffee does not contain any milk, egg or dairy products.

IS YOUR COFFEE GLUTEN-FREE?

At this time, we do not have Gluten-Free Certification. The only ingredients in our roasts, are coffee beans, and for some, natural flavour. However, coffee beans are actually the seed from a fruit and have no grain in them.

ARE THERE ANY ALLERGENS PRESENT IN YOUR COFFEE?

Our coffee does not contain dairy, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts, soybeans.
