FAQs About The Subscription

When do you send out the Coffee ?

We dispatch our Coffee the next business day. All orders are sent out using standard Australia post shipping. Please note, depending on the delivery, it will take anywhere from 5–7 days to arrive (and a little longer for more remote locations).

What changes can I make to my subscription after I have signed up?

After you have signed up with Fire Rescue Coffee you will be set up with an account where you will be able to update or change:

- Your roast style

- How we send your beans (whole, or ground for a specific brew method)

- Volume (500g / 1kg)

- Frequency (Every 1/3/6/12 months)

- Your address and payment details


You will also be able to:

- Skip a delivery (great if you going away or need a coffee break)

- Add a one-time product (eg. an extra bag of coffee beans, mug, tshirt) to your next order

- Cancel your subscription at any time.


Note: if you have a Gift/donate a Subscription, any changes will need to be made by our Customer Service team. Please email us we will help you out!

Do you offer bulk or wholesale coffee subscriptions?

How do I donate a Subscription to my local Fire Station?

Simple! Purchase any subscription, in the address put the address of your local Fire Station, Police Station, Hospital or Ambulance Station, and we will do the rest.
